ART STUDIOS

We offer artists a place to work; studio spaces available for monthly rental.  Spaces are limited and are on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

​We do expect our resident artists to uphold the Potentialist mission and a standard of quality and uniqueness. We don't discriminate and welcome artists from all backgrounds, mediums, and experience levels. Among our current residents are painters, glass artists, paper-makers, installation artists, jewelers,  tattooists,  leather-workers, photographers, sculptors, poets, and musicians. 

Amenities include: 24 hour access, common space with kitchen and Wi-Fi and exclusive access to events and opportunities to collaborate

Most spaces are approx. 10x10. Rates are $100 for 100 Sq. ft.  Let us know what kind of space you need to reach your highest potential, we will do our best to accomodate you!
