We are so honored to have had the opportunity to feature art from Rwanda, brought to us by Niyonsenga Pacifique and his Niyo Arts and Cultural center. We are most proud of our community here in Reno for showing up to support kids in Africa by buying some amazing art. Check out the video below for tour! From Kigali, Rwanda, he turned his experience of surviving on the streets into a life of public service in Rwanda. Pacifique is the founder of the Rwandan Niyo Cultural Centre dedicated to improving the lives of street children. His art installation in the Potentialist Gallery reflets his experience surviving in Rwanda. To support children in Rwanda, you can donate to Niyo Cultural Center on GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com/niyoculturalcenter For more information, check out this article: http://www.konnectafrica.net/pacifique-niyonsenga/ Below, you can find video footage of Pacifique performing a native dance on the set of Hey Brother in our theater, Ali's Alley.
